The column with "Commuting In" will be the workers you're getting from the Arcology. You won't see anything in your city regional view that shows workers commuting watch the Population Details page to see jobs being filled. ![]() Once it's powered and working, it's just a matter of time to watch the Arcology density increase. Double-check this by going into Regional View and clicking on the Arcology. ![]() You must have excess power and water available for the Arcology. Once the Arcology has been constructed and you have clicked on the "Cut the Ribbon" button, you need to make sure that the Arcology is getting power and water.
